About Soft Hands

We work hard so we can play soft

Soft Hands was formed in mid-2016 with a heartfelt mission: to pay tribute to recently departed musical icons Prince and George Michael. What began as a one-time tribute became something much greater—an exhilarating, captivating experience that honored the artistry and impact of these legends. The success of those early performances inspired Soft Hands to continue creating immersive live shows, including their now-iconic Yacht Rock Spectacular and ’80s-themed Neon Mixtape.

At its core, Soft Hands is dedicated to preserving the integrity of the music they perform. Every note is played and sung live, in the moment. Their performances are a masterclass in musicianship, paying ultimate respect and homage to the original works and the artists who created them. Each member of the band pushes their craft to faithfully recreate songs exactly as they were written, transporting audiences back to the heart of the music’s golden era.

Soft Hands’ connection with their audience goes beyond the music. Their shows are a shared experience where everyone is welcome—from families to die-hard fans of classic rock. Before the first note even hits, the band creates a sense of community through engaging activities like games or group experiences, drawing the audience into a collective celebration.

Once the music starts, Soft Hands invites audiences to let go of daily stress and embrace the joy of live performance. Their concerts are an escape—a celebration of life’s brighter moments, filled with the magic of nostalgia and the power of shared song. Watching the crowd, a diverse group of all ages, singing along together is proof of the unifying power of music.

Whether you’re sailing away with the smooth sounds of Yacht Rock or dancing the night away to the greatest hits of the ’80s, Soft Hands creates an atmosphere of connection, joy, and timeless music.
